To the communities of Detroit and Warren, Michigan,
This exposé was created with the intent of warning and informing the community about the presence of a group of white supremacists and fascists operating in and around the Detroit area. We will focus mainly on Cameron Briones in this installment. The others will get their very own personalized write ups. Content warning: poorly-written racist rants (including slurs for pretty much everyone who isn’t a cis, straight, white, male) below.
“SALIDmag” (SM) is self-described as a “Detroit hardcore punk zine that’s anti-everything.” How rebellious. They have also been self-described as an “antisemitic” online propaganda hate mag.”

Considering the woefully small amount of punk-related content and the fact that they have never actually printed a hardcopy of a zine, it appears as though SM is less of a “hArDcoRe pUnK ZiNe” and more of a fascist blog with hipster branding. Their social media accounts are mainly edgy, wannabe memes that—without tact—dogwhistle to antisemitic, racist, and overtly fascist ideas. It is on their main blog where the mask truly comes off.

In reality, this is merely accelerationist propaganda inspired by the uninspiring ideals of eco-fascism. These are not new ideas, harking back to the “Volkish” mentality that preceded Hitler’s Nazi Germany. “Volkishness” is the slow moving train wreck of an idea that people’s blood is tied to the land they live on and opens the door to the rhetoric that is the very foundation of a fascist ethnostate. The SM creeps are also into the pine tree party, (only click these links if you want to expose yourself to some absolute garbage ideologies).
SM has repeatedly made posts alluding to accelerating what they believe to be a crumbling (degenerate) society’s demise, with the end goal being to establish white “ethnostate” achieved by the removal (genocide) of people they deem inferior (we have documented that these “inferior” groups according to SM are: democrats, liberals, antifascists, jewish people, muslim people, arab people, Black people, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, immigrants, and pretty much anyone who is not a fascist).

Though this may seem like stupid internet LARPing (live-action roleplaying), eco-fascist ideas have been related to acts of extreme violence in the past years. Both the Christchurch and El Paso shooters’ manifestos described themselves as eco-fascists. Yes, making memes and writing a poser punk blog about how much you like eco-fascist ideology is far from pulling a trigger, but one must consider the impacts of allowing a public website to praise and encourage acts of violence against marginalized groups in the name of securing the planet for the future of the “white” race and the “white” race only.

Cam Briones, along with the rest of the SM posers,
went to school at Warren Lincoln High School. It is here where he met most of the other losers involved in this fashy little blog.
As you can tell from the above images, Cameron has a very small frame with thin arms, legs, and neck. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and sparse facial hair growth. Based on his computer tan and posture, we can assume he spends quite a lot of time on the computer.
Cam Briones has attempted to keep his social media presence to a more concealed level than some of his associates, however his involvement is undeniable. In designing media and content for SM Cameron, being the smartypants he is, decided it was a good idea to put his face and name on a rag being sold through their teespring online store.
Based on his Behance account we can see a portfolio likely created during his time in school studying design. At first glance, the profile seems to be a fairly standard, run-of-the-mill portfolio for a basic hipster designer, but alas, scroll down a bit and here you go, propaganda posters for none other than… the WWII-era German Nazi party:
While any good designer would want to study important pieces of propaganda from massive movements in the past, it is one thing to study and another entirely to mock something up like this and include it in your design portfolio. On its own it would be off-putting at best, but included with the context of what the other things this little Camstain on our socks designs and writes, it is apparent what Cameron Briones thinks about Nazi Germany and the heinous crimes they committed.

Cameron also claimed in a now-deleted post (archived in the comments) on reddit r/AmItheAsshole that he has a concealed carry permit and likes to carry a firearm on his person, even though his mother does not approve.

In these posts, there are little outtakes where he likes to address himself in the third person and call himself Cam. Nice one, you turd.
